Handling of personal data

Information from Art. 10 L. 675/96 (Privacy Bill)

According to Bill no. 675, Dec 31 1996, we inform that personal data will be kept by Arsmedia S.a.s. (handled by computer and/or by paper) to fulfill this contract, carrying out law duty, informative, statistics or scientifics aim.
In connection with the treatment of personal data, clients can exercise the rights foreseen by art. 13 of law 675/96 sending an e-mail to info.arsmedia@arsmedia.net.
We advise that request for modify or delete personal data from our archive, may be invalidate requested service (or product order).
Holder of treatment is Arsmedia®s.a.s. Via Statuto, 12 - 24128 Bergamo - Italy.
We also inform that in default of agreement to communication and treatment of personal data, as above-mentioned, actual contract (and/or service) can't be fulfilled.
